Step 1 Remove Laces & Insoles Laces may get tangled and memory foam insoles will ruin in the wash.

Step 2 Use Liquid Detergent Use a tiny amount of liquid detergent because powdered detergent can cause irritation.

Step 3 Wash on Delicate/Light Set the washer on delicate using only cold water to help prevent shrinking.

Step 4 Air Dry Do not machine dry. Air Dry them outside or indoors, but keep them out of direct sunlight.
